    Instructions for Return after Receiving your RMA#

    1. Please fill in all fields of information. RMA will not be processed if fields are left blank.
    2. Please display RMA# on outside of all returned packages and include copy of RMA Form.
    3. All items must be returned with their original packaging (if possible) along with any accessories
    4. Ship all returns to the following: 1360 N. Killian Drive, Unit 2, Lake Park, FL 33403
    5. A confirmation of receipt will be sent to you. Please allow time for processing.
    6. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to any and all returns.
