Q: Where can I download your latest catalog?
A: We sell a variety of radiation safety products. You can visit our Product Catalog page and download our full catalog.
Q: I need a custom product that isn’t available on your site. What do I do?
A: We’ve limited customization for some products on our website, but that doesn’t mean you can’t customize them in the way you like. For ultra-custom products like “Made-to-measure” aprons, we prefer you contact us directly or call us at 561.627.9769.
Q: What does lead time mean?
A: Lead time represents the total range between order date and estimated completion/shipping date.
Q: What are your average lead times?
A: We manufacture a variety of high-quality radiation safety apparel, barriers, and other products. For the most accurate lead times, please contact us. Our average lead times are as follows:
- Apollo Aprons: 24-48 hours.
- Proguard Aprons: 1-6 weeks depending on season; rush services available.
- Lead Accessories: 1-6 weeks depending on season.
- Leaded Eyewear: <1 week
- Leaded Gloves: 24-48 hours
- Lead Barriers: 1-2 weeks
- Scatterguard Drapes: 24-48 hours
Q: How do I initiate a return?

Q: Can I return my custom apron?
A: No. Any custom orders (custom lead accessories, lead glasses, lead aprons, lead barriers, etc) are not eligible for return. Please visit our Returns, Warranty and Shipping page for more information.
